Ha Lé Events: Promo Video

Ha Lé Events is one of the Bay Area’s premier event design studios. The owner event designer extraordinaire Taylor Nguyen is an ex-TV new producer turned wedding planner that has garnered respect from the top vendors in the industry. She was kind enough to give a testimony for Nancy Liu Chin Designs promo video (which is how I met Taylor for the first time) and liked what we did for Nancy so much she asked us to produce one for her too. Taylor’s experience is tapped by even national news organizations like Today’s Bride Magazine, AboutWeddings.com and the Fine Living Network. She’s often approached by the press and so the video is not only good for prospective brides, but is a tool she can use when press organizations need information about her and Ha Lé Events.

Nestldown: Promo Video

A majestic redwood chapel. A serene Koi pond. And a house just big enough for a Hobbit. These are just a few of the elements of Nestldown that await the bride looking for the perfect fairytale wedding. Tucked away in the Santa Cruz mountains about 20 minutes south of San Jose, this one of a kind venue even boasts a miniature train that can offer guests a ride around the property, or give the bride and groom that perfect storybook entrance. This video was a segment of our online TV show Me2WeTV (soon to become Bridal Bee TV).

Martini Madness: Short Documentary

Duncan Reyes is a former catering manager for the Westin (he now has his own event design company) and is a networker extraordinaire. His monthly Martini Madness social gatherings are all the rave and attended by everyone who’s anyone in the wedding and event business in the San Francisco Bay Area. We produced this short documentary about the party for Duncan that he could use on his monthly Evites to give people an idea of how it all started and what it’s all about.

Nancy Liu Chin Designs: Promo Video

I first met Nancy at one of Duncan Reye’s Martini Madness parties. Well, technically, I guess the first time I met her was back at Cal’s undergrad business school. She said she remembers seeing me in the halls. Anyway, we had the opportunity to make this video for Nancy so she could use it as a way for prospective brides to get to know her and hear what others had to say about her.

Jacki V. Photography: Promo Video

This is the testimonial video we produced for Jacki V. Photography. We wanted to create an emotionally moving piece that was truly focused on the couple, but at the same time displayed Jacki’s work. We conducted a love story style interview where the couple talked about their wedding day. We then had them comment on how they felt about their photographs and what the experience was like working with Jacki. The result in a romantic, elegant montage of imagery and expressions of love.
